1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by All State Movers, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

All State Movers provides moving, packing, and storage services as described on our website and in service agreements. Our services include but are not limited to residential moves, commercial moves, packing services, and storage solutions.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. You may cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the services selected, time required, and other factors as outlined during the booking process. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments.

5. Liability and Insurance

All State Movers provides basic liability coverage as required by law. Additional protection plans are available for purchase. We are not responsible for items that are improperly packed by customers or for pre-existing damage to items.

6. Prohibited Items

Certain items cannot be transported or stored by All State Movers, including but not limited to hazardous materials, perishable items, illegal substances, and items of extraordinary value. A complete list of prohibited items will be provided upon request.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

8. Modifications to Terms

All State Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
